Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Consultant located in Cape Town. The Branch Consultant will be responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients, assisting with financial planning, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Branch Consultant will also be responsible for conducting financial assessments, offering product recommendations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and financial advisory services
  • Experience in providing client support and managing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct financial assessments and offer product recommendations
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance, economics, or related fields
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using financial planning tools and software
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
