Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile Processes:

  • Guide teams in adopting and consistently applying Agile methodologies.
  • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Infuse technical expertise to incorporate DevOps principles seamlessly into Agile processes.

User Story Management:

  • Translate user story wish lists into actionable tasks, emphasizing a technical understanding.
  • Ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and align with overall project objectives.

Status Sequence Management:

  • Implement and maintain a robust status sequence, leveraging hands-on DevOps experience.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and address impediments hindering team productivity.

Team Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that integrates DevOps practices.
  • Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops, with a focus on technical enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master with a strong technical background.
  • Relevant IT Degree.
  • Strong understanding of user story management and status sequencing.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO) would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and frameworks, with a focus on technical implementations.
  • Ability to translate user stories into actionable tasks, emphasizing technical considerations.
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining effective status sequences.
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills, with an understanding of DevOps principles.
