Responsibilities:
- Implementing Agile framework e.g. Scrum, SAFE
- Running all Agile related ceremonies
- Managing project delivery and deadlines
- Agile Training and workshops
- Leadership and influence change
- Metrics and reporting and presenting to key stakeholders (EXCO, MANCO, Business Leads)
- Involved in large project releases requiring change management
- 6+ years as a Scrum Master in Software Development environments
- Coach Agile teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Drive agile frameworks and adoption in development and across the company
- Remove impediments
- Provide agile training and workshops
- Agile metrics and delivery reporting
- Facilitate change management and agility
