Job Advert Summary

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and ensure successful project delivery of the company's strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Engineering or a related field is required
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACP is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience in leading Scrum teams, preferably in insurance or finance related fields.

Duties and Responsibilities

Facilitation and Coaching

  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.

Team Performance and Delivery

  • Ensure the team meets sprint goals and delivers high-quality products.
  • Monitor and track team performance using Agile metrics.
  • Remove impediments that hinder team progress.

Continous improvement

  • Ensure the team meets sprint goals and delivers high-quality products.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations.
  • Ensure alignment between the team and stakeholders on project goals.
  • Provide regular updates on team progress and performance.

Agile Practices and Processes

  • Ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles.
  • Customize Agile processes to fit the team's needs.
  • Maintain and improve Agile tools and artifacts.
