Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Retail Sales Consultant based in Claremont, Cape Town. The consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with their jewellery and watch needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include sales consulting, conducting retail sales transactions, enhancing the customer experience, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is a plus
  • Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail management is advantageous
