Jewellery Data Capturer

Our luxury brand is looking for an experienced Jewellery Data Capturer to join their Merchandise Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in the jewellery industry

Location: Cape Town CBD, South Africa (fully onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Matric and a tertiary qualification. (Certificate, Diploma)


• Computer literacy, Strong MS Office skills, advanced Excel skills


• Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems


• Previous experience in Jewellery Industry will be advantageous

Skills

· Strong analytical and technical abilities

· Self-motivated, quick learner, organized and multi-tasker

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to manage the additional aspects of working independently without constant direct supervision

· Highly organized

· Self-motivator

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Must be able to work under pressure

Minimum requirements:


• Responsible for queries regarding stock


• General data entry work


• Responsible for quality control of jewellery


• Loading new stock onto the database


• Replenishing stock based on reporting and sale
