Our client is seeking to appoint an Integration Specialist to support client integrations and ensure smooth system connectivity. This is a technical coordination role that does not involve coding but requires strong analytical skills and client-facing experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor biller integrations
  • Generate ad hoc reports using SQL
  • Investigate transaction issues and application logs
  • Guide clients through integration processes
  • Provide post-integration technical support
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • SA Citizen residing in Stellenbosch or surrounding areas
  • Relevant IT qualification
  • 3 years' experience in integration support, SQL, and systems monitoring
  • Strong Excel and customer service skills
  • Experience in payments or financial services is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Afrikaans beneficial
  • Reliable transport and stable internet connection
