Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a organised and proactive Training Coordinator to support our training operations for South African Operating Crew, ATO Crew, and Flight Operations Officers (FOO) on a temporary 4-month basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training plans and communication with students and instructors.
  • Prepare training rooms for training scheduled.
  • Manage training iPads and liaise with third-party pilots and training organisations.
  • Accurately prepare, receive, check, and process training documentation.
  • Maintain all personnel and trainee training folders in accordance with SOP's.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience in training administration or aviation administration (advantageous)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy with the ability to work on internal systems (LMS/NOC experience beneficial) & MS Suite
  • A proactive, detail-driven approach
