We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in administration and business support.
TasksKey Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal communication.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets accurately.
- Support management and team members with daily administrative tasks.
- Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with basic financial and HR administration when required.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate required.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous admin experience or internship experience (advantageous but not essential).
