A Vacancy for a Debtors and Creditors Clerk and Administrator in Johannesburg at Strubens Valley.

Only candidates that lives close by and in Roodepoort will be considered

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process debtors daily, confirming details with clients via telephone or email.
  • Handle debtors' queries efficiently and effectively and detail oriented.
  • Manage the collection of debtors, ensuring timely payments.
  • Conduct debtors' reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
  • Attend to queries and disputes promptly.
  • Send out statements to clients regularly.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Provide back-up and assistance to the finance department as needed.
  • Prepare payments for release in compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience with accounting software packages.
  • Proven track record in a debtors or accounting environment with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and telephonic skills.
  • Bilingual capabilities are an advantage.
