Solar Project Manager

Our client is about to reach financial close on a significantly large Solar cluster of projects. We are needing to engage with a number of strong Project Managers who have large scale, FIDIC, EPC, utility scale solar projects to their resume.

These projects are complex, but with the support of a large, global, projects team. This client has a unique company culture that the risks and upsides are a team responsibility and do not fall purely on the shoulders of the PM.

However, a strong background of working within a socially volatile, highly populated environment will make you stand out, together with:

  • experience in managing multi-interfaces across a programme of projects (each PM will manage a minimum of 2 projects in the programme that will be constructed as one seemless unit)
  • Willingness to be guided by a strict set of communication criteria as stakeholders are common stakeholders across the programme.
  • Strong understanding of project cost controls, risks, and balancing schedule across the programme, while balancing the SPV objectives and outcomes for each stand alone project.
