Job Description:

We are looking for a SAP PM/PS Consultant to lead the SAP ECC PM/PS workstream for the integration of a newly acquired subsidiary and support the implementation of enhanced project and maintenance management processes. This role acts as the PM/PS project lead and functional specialist, overseeing solution design, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. You will operate as the key super user and implementation expert while partnering closely with the team to ensure a seamless and well-controlled SAP integration across the project systems and maintenance environment.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

  • Lead the SAP ECC PM and PS workstream for the integration of a newly acquired subsidiary.
  • Serves as the SAP PM and PS project lead and super user/implementation specialist.
  • Driving design, data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare.
  • Lead and coordinate testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
  • Partner closely with the DT team to ensure a controlled and seamless integration aligned to governance, SOX, and release-management requirements.
  • Document functional designs, migration logic, process flows, and assumptions in a clear and auditable manner.

Who Do You Need to Be?

  • A seasoned SAP ECC PM/PS specialist with approximately 10 years experience.
  • Proven track record delivering SAP ECC and SAP S4 Hana solutions.
  • Deep functional understanding of PM and PS processes and data migration.
  • Strong data migration capability, including mapping, conversion strategy, execution, and reconciliation under tight timelines.
  • Experienced in operating within controlled environments (SOX, governance, change and release management).
  • A structured problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate pressure during complex cutovers.
  • Clear communicator able to collaborate with finance, DT, integration teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
