Role Description
This is a contract Administrative Assistant role, based on-site in Sunninghill . The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to executives and team members. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling phone calls with professionalism, organizing files and documents, and assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle scheduling, preparing documents, and organizing office tasks.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to engage professionally with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior management effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in office software applications and technology.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus.
