Thesl, a fast-growing procurement solution company, based in Somerset West requires a professional and vibrant customer support agent.

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
  • Computer literate
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Call centre or retail experience will be advantageous
  • No criminal record
  • Must be based in Helderberg area or have their own transport if based outside Helderberg region or within easy public transport range
  • Able to work under pressure

General Task​:

  • Offer clients product and system support
  • ​Deal with customer queries.
  • Manage emails and incoming calls

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R6 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Somerset West, Western Cape 7130: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
