Position: Sales Manager
We are looking for Sales Manager to come and join us. With offices in Bangkok, Dubai, Lagos and people working remotely from around the world, you will be part of a multi-skilled team responsible for projects and change requests delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Sales Plans and Pipelines
- Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Retention Efforts
- Monitor and Optimize Sales Performance Metrics and KPIs
- Identify market trends and client needs to guide product development and marketing efforts
- Develop Relationships with Strategic Accounts and Partners
- Leverage CRM tool to manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and strategic prioritization
- Track and analyze sales metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings
- Review and analyze tenders, RFQs, and contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives, legal requirements, and profitability metrics
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and progress reports to senior management
- Oversee software license renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborating with Marketing on Campaign Development
- Prepare and Present Sales Forecasts and Reports to Leadership
- Train and Mentor Sales Team Members to Enhance Performance
- Representing the Organization at Industry Events and Trade Shows
Job Requirements
- Batchelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Marketing, Sales or a related field
- Good knowledge of sales methodology such as SPIN, Consultative Sales, Solution Sales, Insight Sales or Value- Based
- Minimum of
5 years of experience in enterprise software sales
, with a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding quotas - Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
- Identity and access control management solution, enterprise software solution, Telecommunication or knowledge of SaaS
