Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager based in Cape Town, Western Cape.
The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve performance targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sales development, client management, and team leadership
Strategic planning and market analysis skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in performance monitoring and process improvement
Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to remote and in-office coordination
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
