Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Candidate located in Durban. The Sales Candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and closing sales. Daily tasks will include managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus
  • Proficiency in managing transactions and sales processes
  • Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive fields are advantageous
