Role Description

This is a contract, on-site position located in Centurion for a Software Asset Manager specializing in Flexera. Must be technically skilled in Flexera. The role involves overseeing software asset lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and maintaining IT asset records. The Software Asset Manager will analyze software usage, optimize licensing costs, and ensure adherence to software compliance and governance policies. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to manage and track software assets effectively and mitigate compliance risks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in License Management and Software Compliance
  • Strong expertise in IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating software usage and optimizing asset allocation
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills for working across diverse teams
  • Experience working with Flexera or similar Software Asset Management tools
  • Familiarity with relevant software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
