Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise plumbing maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO
  • Allocate work and monitor performance of Artisan Plumbers and Assistants.
  • Maintain accurate records of time sheets, materials, and completed work.
  • Identify and manage critical spares for plumbing equipment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and apply best operating practices.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
  • Support other departments and perform reasonable ad hoc tasks.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing methods, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings.
  • Proficient in soldering and brazing techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
Qualifications
  • Matric certificate.
  • Trade Tested Plumber qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a maintenance environment.
