Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of top talent across various industries. We are currently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our client's own finance team. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and bookkeeping functions for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and documents
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
  • Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial tools
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
