We are looking for an
experienced and dedicated Office Manager and Bookkeeper
to join a dynamic Corporate finance firm based in Cape Town. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their career, enjoys working in a professional environment, and thrives on keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Finance and the operations team
- Manage and run all aspects of the office with professionalism and efficiency
- Liaise with the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders
- Handle bookkeeping and financial administration accurately and on time
- Maintain records, schedules, and compliance documentation
- Assist with reports, meetings, and general coordination across departments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager and bookkeeper in a professional environment
- Pastel experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanour with the ability to work independently and within a team
