The Field Service Agent is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for end-user IT systems and infrastructure. The role ensures minimal disruption to business operations by delivering high-quality technical service, adhering to ITIL standards, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide on-site installation, configuration, and support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

· Escalate complex incidents to higher support tiers in line with escalation procedures.

· Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

· Support IT service delivery processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.

· Maintain accurate service documentation, including incident reports, asset records, and configuration details.

· Coordinate with vendors or third-party service providers for hardware repairs and replacements when required.

· Deliver excellent customer service through timely communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications and Experience:

· CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification.

· ITIL Foundation V3 certification or higher.

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support or field service experience.
