Manager: BankTech Business Operations Monitoring

As part of your portfolio as
Manager: BankTech Business Operations Monitoring
, you will be:

  • Responsible for ensuring operational excellence, business continuity, and performance visibility across the BankTech portfolio.
  • Responsible to lead end-to-end monitoring, analysis, and optimization of the operational ecosystem, encompassing partner integrations, service quality, transaction performance, risk detection, and customer impact. The incumbent will serve as the operational "nerve center," ensuring that the BankTech products run securely, reliably, and profitably across multiple markets.
  • Responsible to play a pivotal role in embedding predictive analytics, automation, and data-driven decisioning to proactively identify inefficiencies, risks, or opportunities, ensuring alignment with Group Fintech's strategy of building a future-fit, scalable, and resilient digital banking platform.

The incumbent
must have
the following:

  • 4-year Information Technology/ Information Systems/ Engineering (or related) Degree
  • ITIL Certification
  • Certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Process Optimization (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ITIL)
  • 6–8 years of experience in business operations, process analytics, or service performance management within Fintech, Banking, or Payments
  • Proven experience managing lending or digital credit operations, including risk monitoring and repayment performance
  • Experience with data visualization and monitoring tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Kibana, or ServiceNow)
  • Experience in incident and problem management, vendor performance, and SLA oversight
  • Understanding of API-based ecosystems, digital wallets, and credit scoring models
  • Familiarity with African Fintech operating environments and partner integration models
