After-sales technical engineers/ Technical Director.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Can independently assist customers in resolving after-sales issues(This position requires being online for extended periods and can handle issues via mobile phone or computer.)For some difficult problems, long/short business trips are required to travel to the site to resolve the issue.;
  2. Can provide energy storage system configuration solutions based on customer needs and actual site conditions;
  3. Managed by the technical supervisor, and regularly reporting work progress to the local technical supervisor.

Required personnel qualities:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in energy storage systems. Priority will be given to candidates with extensive experience working at other energy storage manufacturers.
  2. Possesses strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills; demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
  3. Proficient in providing technical guidance and product training to distributors. When necessary, able to participate in trade shows to assist sales and introduce products.
  4. Proficient in using industrial design software such as AutoCAD, and capable of providing clients with design drawings such as electrical primary diagrams and photovoltaic layout diagrams.
  5. Can communicate fluently in English.
  6. Having a driver's license allows you to drive to more distant locations.
