About The Client (AU)
Since inception in 1996, we have been providing successful and innovative compliance management solutions to businesses both nationally and internationally.

Beginning with web-based solutions around risk advice and compliance tools to leading multinational organisations, we rapidly moved through provision of risk management and compliance applications, to complete enterprise planning and monitoring systems.

Our current systems connect live risk and WHS information from an extensive repository of risk and safety data, to proprietary algorithms to provide automated risk platforms built for any size and organisational structure. This ensures organisations of all sizes can accurately and efficiently identify and mitigate any risk in a timely fashion to reduce injuries, environmental catastrophe and major security breaches including acts of terrorism.

Already a leader in the use of digital and NFC technology to support risk and compliance, the client's future plans include further innovation in the areas of Internet of Things (IoT) and AI.

Technical Project Management

• Translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage cross-functional communication between product, engineering, design, and operations teams.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Serve as the point of escalation for project-level issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Report regularly to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes

Scrum Master

• Tech Stack: .Net Core, React, MAUI, MS Azure
• Good understanding of Micro-services
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines
• Familiarity with AI Integration
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
• Coach the team in Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity, prioritization, and refinement.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Protect the team from scope creep and ensure focus on delivering business value.
• Track sprint velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics to optimize performance

Work Schedule (Day shift)

• Monday to Friday; 7AM-4PM (Manila Time)

Work Setup (Onsite)

• Quezon City (Eastwood, Libis / SM North)
• Pasig (Zeta Building, Bridgetowne)
• Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Clark, Pampanga
• Cebu
• Will transition to hybrid setup after 3-6 months once the team has been established
• Training in AU a few months after onboarding
