They are seeking a future-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team based in the southern suburbs - a commercially astute, strategically minded finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. As the CFO, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, responsible for leading the full finance function and steering financial direction across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Oversee financial governance, risk management, and compliance
  • Provide commercial insights to support business growth, pricing decisions, and market expansion
  • Drive finance transformation, automation, and improved financial reporting
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, investors, Auditors, and regulatory bodies
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Qualified CA(SA)  
  • 5+ years' experience within a management role
  • CaseWare experience required
