Outsourced CFO is recruiting for a meticulous
Financial Statement Drafting Consultant
to ensure valuable client service through the accurate and timely compilation, planning, and execution of IFRS, IFRS for SME, and consolidated financial statements.

Key Responsibilities;

Client service

  • Compiling, planning and executing IFRS financial statements
  • Compiling, planning and executing IFRS for SME financial statements
  • Compiling, planning and executing Consolidated financial statements

Client Admin (Scoping, onboarding, non deliverable meeting etc)

  • Updating Zoho CRM with client details
  • Client Scoping according to scoping document
  • Preparing proposals on Practice Ignition
  • Documenting upsell or sale opportunities on Zoho CRM
  • Client onboarding process facilitation
  • Client off boarding process facilitation

Company culture

  • Regular attendance and participation of company team events
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive company culture
  • Promote the company values and ensure that they are being adhered to
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect

Training

  • Ensure that scheduled training is completed
  • Engage technical team on items if you feel you do are not equipped to perform these tasks
  • Deliverable training update
  • Technology certifications
  • Internal software usage (Zoho G- suite)
  • OCFO Internal processes
  • Budget management

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications Required
- Qualified CA (SA)

Minimum Experience Required

  • 3 - 5 years post articles
  • IFRS, IFRS for SME and Consolidation experience
  • Caseware or Draftworx experience
  • Mid tier firms experience preferential
