Job duties:

· Dress and act in line with outlined policies

· Ensure the safe and effective movement of the vehicle according to

communicated schedules.

· Conduct daily vehicle checks in line with procedure.

· Ensure the vehicle and correct equipment leave and return to the depot in

a clean state.

· Be able to log and trouble shoot mechanical or IT issues.

· Look after the safety and well-being of the teams.

· Take pics and capture basic data in the field.

· Ensure that all wastewater and solid waste handling are according to the

waste policy.

· Be an ambassador for our solution.

· Prepare Mobile clinic to be operational for service rendering at all sites.

· Register patients for appropriate health services.

· Assist medical staff with patient coordination and monitoring flow of

patients.

· Oversee patient waiting areas at mobile clinics.

· Provide assistance and support services to patients and clients.

· Respond to patient inquiries regarding health care services and clinic

policies, procedures and service availability.

· Input patient, registration information into electronic records systems

following established guidelines and procedures.

· Operate standard office equipment.

· Secure vehicles in established parking areas.

· Pick up and stock supplies for clinic vehicle operation (i.e. rubber gloves,

forms, etc.).

· Perform routine safety checks; identify vehicle maintenance needs.

· Manage vehicle's wastewater systems including dumping at wastewater

facilities.

· Refuel vehicle, inspects condition of vehicle and reports maintenance

needs.

· Keeps interior of vehicle clean and orderly.

· Manage and control operational systems on board the mobile clinic.

· Complete daily feedback form and submit to project manager.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: R9 000,00 - R11 000,00 per month
