About The Role:

We're looking for a motivated and driven individual who is ready to take their career to a new level

Our clients have increased exponentially and the practitioner would need to "hit the ground running".

This role requires a proactive approach to securing and closing deals in the sales space.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years experience in the field
  • Ability to takeover existing clients and form fruitful relationships
  • Your Own Laptop, Vehicle and Reliable Internet – Ensure seamless operations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) will be an advantage
  • FFC
  • PPRE would be ideal
  • In depth understanding of the industry listings platforms and other systems
  • Knowledge of Marketing plans and how to implement them across property portfolios
  • Knowledge of the Centurion market will be favorable
  • Exceptional people skills and high EQ
