Nail Technician Trainer
 to join our Academy team and support the development of our

growing network of Nail Technicians.

About the Role

As a BOA Nail Tech Trainer, you will be responsible for training new nail technicians, upskilling current staff, ensuring service consistency, and maintaining the high standards that define the BOA brand. You'll work closely with HR and Operations to support recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct practical skills assessments during recruitment stages
  • Deliver induction training and upskilling workshops for new and existing nail techs
  • Maintain and elevate BOA's quality standards through structured training programmes
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to trainees
  • Track progress, identify skill gaps, and recommend development plans
  • Collaborate with HR on candidate selections and training schedules
  • Ensure all training aligns with BOA policies, service procedures, and client-care expectations
  • Create a positive, motivating training environment that mirrors our brand values

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician (BIAB, gel, e-file, nail art, shaping, all core services)
  • Previous training or mentoring experience highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and people-development skills
