We're looking for
Salon Managers
 to lead our high-performing BOA branches. This role is suited for 
seasoned professionals only
 — individuals who have a proven track record in managing salon teams, maintaining operational excellence, and driving growth in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

This is not an entry-level management role. We are only considering applicants with 
5+ years of senior leadership experience
 in the beauty, salon, or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the 
    daily operations
     of the salon, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and a seamless client experience
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of nail technicians, front desk staff, and junior managers
  • Monitor and manage 
    staff performance
    , schedules, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain salon standards, hygiene, and compliance with all health & safety regulations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated client concerns professionally
  • Drive branch targets, upselling, and client retention strategies
  • Collaborate with head office on staffing, stock control, promotions, and reporting
  • Conduct regular evaluations and staff development sessions
  • Implement and uphold brand standards and protocols at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years
     of experience in a 
    senior salon, spa, or retail management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of 
    salon operations, service flow, and customer experience
  • Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Strong administrative and computer skills (scheduling, reporting, stock tracking, etc.)
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods

Preferred:

  • Background in the 
    nail or beauty industry
  • Experience managing multiple team members across different functions
  • Familiarity with POS systems and salon software
