Overview

En tant que Conseiller Service Client francophone, vous serez le premier point de contact pour les clients, assurant une assistance professionnelle, rapide et empathique concernant les produits et services.



Qualifications

  • Langue : Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) ; l'anglais est un plus.
  • Formation : Bac ou équivalent ; une formation en relation client est un atout.
  • Expérience : Minimum 6 mois dans un rôle similaire souhaité.
  • Compétences :
    • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et écoute active.
    • Sens du service et capacité à gérer les situations stressantes.
    • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et CRM.
    • Esprit d'équipe et autonomie.


Responsibilities

  • Répondre aux appels entrants, e-mails et chats des clients francophones.
  • Fournir des solutions efficaces aux demandes liées aux produits, commandes, livraisons, garanties et réparations.
  • Maintenir une connaissance à jour des produits.
  • Gérer les réclamations avec diplomatie et professionnalisme.
  • Documenter les interactions clients dans les systèmes internes.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et commerciales pour résoudre les problèmes complexes.
  • Promouvoir les produits et services complémentaires lorsque cela est pertinent.
