En tant que Conseiller Service Client francophone, vous serez le premier point de contact pour les clients, assurant une assistance professionnelle, rapide et empathique concernant les produits et services.
Qualifications
- Langue : Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) ; l'anglais est un plus.
- Formation : Bac ou équivalent ; une formation en relation client est un atout.
- Expérience : Minimum 6 mois dans un rôle similaire souhaité.
- Compétences :
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et écoute active.
- Sens du service et capacité à gérer les situations stressantes.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et CRM.
- Esprit d'équipe et autonomie.
Responsibilities
- Répondre aux appels entrants, e-mails et chats des clients francophones.
- Fournir des solutions efficaces aux demandes liées aux produits, commandes, livraisons, garanties et réparations.
- Maintenir une connaissance à jour des produits.
- Gérer les réclamations avec diplomatie et professionnalisme.
- Documenter les interactions clients dans les systèmes internes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et commerciales pour résoudre les problèmes complexes.
- Promouvoir les produits et services complémentaires lorsque cela est pertinent.
