In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the go-to contact for your clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
  • Tailored Solutions: Understand your clients' goals and provide customized recommendations to optimize their media experience.
  • Client Support: Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of client interactions, contracts, and communications in our CRM system.
  • Collaborative Campaign Execution: Work closely with internal teams to flawlessly execute media campaigns, from content creation to performance tracking.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect and relay client feedback to help us refine and enhance our media offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Client Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Organizational Talent: Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple accounts with ease.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and modern communication tools.
  • Media Enthusiast: A genuine interest in media, advertising, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
