About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact through to signed contract. You will manage both inbound leads and outbound prospecting, converting interest into high-value partnerships that deliver results for our clients and growth for the business.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new business sales targets

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing and SDR teams into opportunities

  • Drive outbound campaigns to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline

  • Manage the entire sales process including discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and closing

  • Build consultative relationships with prospects, clearly communicating the value of our platform

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to share insights and refine go-to-market strategies

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in media, martech, SaaS, or influencer marketing

  • Strong outbound selling skills and the ability to build your own pipeline

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a consultative sales approach

  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
