We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and lead new business acquisition across key sectors. If you are motivated by closing deals, building strong client relationships, and working with some of the most dynamic consumer brands, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact through to signed contract. You will manage both inbound leads and outbound prospecting, converting interest into high-value partnerships that deliver results for our clients and growth for the business.
This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking initiative.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly new business sales targets
Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing and SDR teams into opportunities
Drive outbound campaigns to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Manage the entire sales process including discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and closing
Build consultative relationships with prospects, clearly communicating the value of our platform
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to share insights and refine go-to-market strategies
A consistent pipeline of inbound opportunities from a high-performing marketing and SDR team
Access to top-tier sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and Lusha

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in media, martech, SaaS, or influencer marketing
