Head of Finance
to join their team in
Cape Town, Western Cape
. The company has a strong African, and International footprint.

This is a new role that has come into existence due to the company's continued expansion which has caused a need for stronger financial oversight. The role will report into the CEO, and will form part of Senior Management.

You will be encouraged to take the Finance Department to the next level, and industry experience is not a requirement. You will be encouraged to grow with the organisation, and grow your Team with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the financial systems.
  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and taxation in different national jurisdictions.
  • Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure cost optimization, and budget adherence within projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified CA(SA); or CGMA.
  • Between 4 years and 10 years Post Articles experience within a commercial enterprise.
  • Strong communication skills; willingness to learn; initiative; and highly ambitious.

Salary:

  • R R / annum CTC
    heavily dependent on experience
