Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy
Head of Finance
to lead our financial strategy, reporting, and operations globally. This role requires strong financial leadership within a tech background as well as exposure to multi-country financial operations beyond South Africa ( tax regulations). The ideal candidate thrives in a remote, fast-paced, self driven and innovation-driven environment and has a strong command of financial technologies including
Power BI
and experience in SAAS/Tech businesses.

Qualifications and skills

  • CA(SA)
  • Exposure to
    SaaS
    , fintech, or other innovation-led sectors
  • Experience with Xero and/or Salesforce or any large scale ERP
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Strong skills in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, Management accounts, tax compliance and vat
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Proven experience in putting financial controls in place
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with financial systems, payroll software and CRM tools
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and trends
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools
