IT Finance Administrator

The IT Finance Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support the IT office and administrative flows in relation to procurement, invoice processing and day to day office management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Finance/Audit related Diploma/Degree would be advantageous
- High level of MS Office proficiency – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint experience preferred
- Must be detail orientated
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with a high level of dedication
- Clear criminal record
- Experience on SAP software, invoice management processes and requisition management processes is advantageous
- A minimum of 1 years' experience as an IT finance administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards
- Experience in financial & audit reporting
- Front Desk Management
- Superb organizational and time management abilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to SAP Finance, ensuring that contracts are adhered to, and services meet business needs
- Vendor management procurement and invoicing
- Tracking and tracing all IT related procurement, invoice and payments related flows to completion
- Applying and adhering to financial and operation controls and procedures and general IT administration tasks
- Must have knowledge of procurement processes
- Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations
- Support team in ensuring contracts/licensing and admin up to date
- Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration
- Assisting with operational and capital cost processing tasks
- Assisting with budget cycles
- Assisting with financial reports
