DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Driving in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement

  • HR Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Policy Development & Implementation
  • Assist in formulating, reviewing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend HR best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational development strategies.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Non-Negotiable)
  • Experience:
  • 6 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 - 6 years in a supervisory/managerial position (Non-Negotiable)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Manage smooth running and achievement of departmental objectives and targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
  • Proficient in reporting, Excel, Word, presentations
  • Payroll experience
  • Implemented and managing staff training and upliftment programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
