Human Resource Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Bellville Head Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth organizational performance, and supporting both employees and management across multiple HR functions.
Duties & Responsibilities- Administer and coordinate disciplinary hearings, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor legislation.
- Manage leave administration and maintain accurate records for all employees.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and support recruitment and onboarding processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and induction arrangements.
- Draft, compile, and manage HR documentation, policies, minutes, and official correspondence to ensure effective internal communication and compliance.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, leave balances, and performance documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
- Assist in planning and organizing HR workshops, meetings, and functions, including logistical arrangements and procurement support.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating issues as required.
- Prepare for and attend CCMA cases as necessary.
Qualifications:
- National Diploma in HR Management or relevant NQF 6 qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and labor relations.
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel dashboarding, reporting, and analysis skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- CCMA experience.
