Purpose Statement- To ensure the timeous and accurate administration of salaries and other remunerations benefits of Capitec Bank employees.
Min:
- 3 years' experience in payroll processing and administration in an enterprise business / banking / financial environment
- 2 – 3 years' proven experience with tax calculations and SARS
Ideal:
- 5 years' experience in a similar environment
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Finance
Min:
- SAP Success Factors
- General HR knowledge (e.g. UIF, Statutory regulations, provident fund)
- Payroll administration
- Communications Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Clear criminal and credit record
