Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Team Member based in Gauteng, South Africa, with some flexibility to work from home. The Finance Team Member will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and achieve organizational financial goals.
Qualifications
- Financial management skills, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
- Accounting, bookkeeping, and transaction processing expertise
- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
- Knowledge of compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CIMA are an advantage
- Proven experience in the technology or procurement industry is a plus
