Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist focused on SMEs, you'll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities across targeted industries. You'll play a critical role in growing Delivery Ka Speed's client base, using a consultative, data-driven approach to selling our logistics services.

teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target high-potential SME businesses that align with our Delivery growth strategy.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from outreach to close.

  • Conduct prospect research, outreach, meetings, demos, and proposals.

  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring smooth handover to internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client onboarding and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B or SME sales, preferably in logistics, tech-enabled services, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using a
    CRM

to manage sales pipelines and performance metrics.
