Position BYD City of Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa - Channel Specialist Responsibilities According to brand strategy and regional market planning, develop dealer network expansion plan, screen potential partners and complete qualification assessment. Coordinate internal and external resources to solve the dealer's needs in terms of stocking, capital and technology. Monitor dealer operation data (sales volume, inventory, customer satisfaction, etc.), regularly evaluate performance and develop improvement plans. Execute brand channel management system; supervise dealers' compliance (price system, market activities, customer service, etc.). Collect market dynamics and competitor channel information, and feedback to headquarters to support strategy adjustment. Qualifications Proficient in channel development processes, with the ability to independently expand dealer networks, agent partnerships, or strategic alliances. Strong expertise in market analysis and competitor research, capable of formulating channel strategies and optimizing sales network layouts. Excellent negotiation and business communication skills to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Skilled in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems) to track channel performance and propose improvements. Experience in channel management, sales expansion, or market development, preferably in the automotive industry or South African market.
