Hire Resolves client is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative. This Trauma Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting products to the target market comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals, meeting sales targets and increasing sales and identifying new customers. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Stay informed on product updates, portfolio offerings, and competitor analysis.
  • Cross-sell additional products as they become available.
  • Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to enhance competitive positioning.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and market research information as needed.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of the field segment and regulatory compliance.
  • Keep up-to-date with sales skills, products, and industry trends, including customer and competitor insights.
Requirements: 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Trauma/Orthopedic segments.
  • Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to work 'on call' hours, weekends and outside normal hours
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships (with orthopedic surgeons & hospitals).
