Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Project Manager, based in the Germiston Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing timelines, coordinating with teams, and ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction activities, maintaining schedules, handling logistics, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with client expectations and industry requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee project lifecycles effectively
  • Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
  • Skills in conducting Inspections to maintain quality and safety standards on-site
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management to handle the movement and coordination of resources
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant certifications or experience in the construction industry is an advantage
