They pride themselves onconnecting buyers with their dream properties and helping sellers achievemaximum value for their assets.Platinum Talent is seeking dynamic, driven, andprofessional Real Estate Agents to join our client, Centridge Propertiesexpanding national team.Key Responsibilities:· Assist clients inbuying, selling, and renting properties.· Conduct propertyviewings and provide expert advice on the current real estate market.· Develop andmaintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and marketingstrategies.· Prepare andmanage necessary documents (contracts, offers, deeds, etc.).· Conduct thoroughproperty evaluations and offer competitive pricing strategies.· Negotiate termsand close sales transactions effectively.· Maintain updated knowledgeof market trends and property values in the area.· RepresentCentridge in a professional manner at all times and provide exceptionalcustomer service. Requirements· Real EstateQualification: NQF Level 4 Real Estate Qualification or higher (Required forpracticing as a real estate agent in South Africa).· Fidelity FundCertificate: Must be registered with the Property Practitioners RegulatoryAuthority (PPRA) and possess a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.· Proven experienceas a Real Estate Agent, with a track record of successfully closed deals.· Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.· Self -motivated,with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.· Strongunderstanding of South African property laws, regulations, and marketconditions.· Own reliablevehicle and a valid driver's license.· Techsavvy, withexperience using real estate CRM systems and property platforms.
