Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically skilled Key Account Manager with experience in managing client relationships and delivering technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integrations, including XML, SFTP, and APIs, and will act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand client business processes and technical requirements.
Lead technical discussions and manage integration projects (XML, SFTP, APIs).
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, support, product) to deliver solutions.
Provide account insights, report on performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
Strong technical knowledge of system integrations (XML, SFTP, APIs).
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
Experience in project management or technical implementation is a plus.
Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in APIs, integrations, or project management are a plus.
