We're looking for a proactive and client-focused
Practice Development Manager
to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support for our healthcare clients. This role is key in building strong client relationships, driving platform adoption, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support growth and customer success.

What you'll do:

  • Lead virtual onboarding and tailored training sessions for diverse clinic teams, ensuring all users maximize the platform's capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client accounts to drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support smooth post-sale transitions and identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and cross-selling.
  • Partner with marketing to host webinars, gather client feedback, and develop educational content to empower users.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing insights that drive continuous product and service improvements.
  • Monitor account performance and usage data to proactively support clients and resolve issues.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in onboarding, training, or account management—preferably in SaaS, technology, or healthcare environments.
  • Ability to deliver engaging virtual training and webinars using tools like RingCentral.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze client usage and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and product teams.
