Job Position: Salesforce Developer

Duration: Initially 12 + month contract and Extendable Contract

Location: Johannesburg South Africa (Hybrid/Onsite)

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other team members to gather and analyze requirements
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations
  • Ensure Salesforce security, scalability, and performance best practices are followed
  • Maintain clear documentation of solutions and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and external system integrations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills'
  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) is a plus.
