Psychology Graduate (Industrial Psychology / Human Resources)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and providing support during the hiring process.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and organizing team-building activities.
- Help in the development and implementation of training programs and career development opportunities for employees.
- Assist in managing employee relations, handling inquiries, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to performance management systems, including preparing reports, assisting with evaluations, and tracking employee progress.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions such as onboarding, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Analyze employee satisfaction and retention data to suggest improvements in organizational culture and employee experience.
- Research and stay current on trends and best practices in industrial psychology, HR, and organizational development.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelors degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Masters preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of HR principles, organizational behavior, and employee motivation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous internship or experience in HR or industrial psychology settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR software or databases.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- A genuine interest in helping to improve employee well-being and organizational culture.
